Women Empowerment Cell & Human Rights Cell

In order to advance gender equality and establish a secure, welcoming, and encouraging environment for women within the organization, the Women Empowerment Committee was formed. The committee works to increase women's participation, awareness, and confidence while addressing the social, cultural, and academic obstacles they face.

The committee's importance stems from its function as a forum for empowerment and education. Through workshops, seminars, awareness drives, and interactive programs, it raises awareness about women's rights, health, safety, leadership, and career opportunities. These programs assist students in gaining clarity, a strong sense of responsibility, and self-worth.

Positive attitudes, greater self-assurance, and women students' active participation in leadership, professional, and academic endeavors are all indications of the Women Empowerment Committee's influence. It develops leadership, resilience, and decision-making abilities, equipping students to handle obstacles in the real world.

By planning outreach initiatives, working with non-governmental organizations, and tackling social issues pertaining to women, the committee also strengthens ties between students and society. Students can better comprehend societal realities and make significant contributions to social development thanks to this engagement.

The Women Empowerment Committee's main goals are to uphold women's dignity and respect, guarantee equal opportunities, empower women intellectually, emotionally, and socially, and help create a society that is just, balanced, and gender-sensitive.
